Fair Trade Week

As you all know, next week is Fair Trade week here in our school. This is to raise awareness on fair trade, the need for it, products, etc. In preparation for this, we will be getting into groups and working on different presentations to make in front of the entire school next Thursday.
Each group will have a different enquiry question which they are to base their unit of work around. Each group will have their own page on this blog (static pages). You can also use resources from the home page.
This is a learning and teaching presentation and you will be responsible for teaching that topic to everyone else through your presentation. However, it should be interesting, fun and colourful. Enjoy! :)

Hey Guys, the question I would like you to answer is "How can fair trade make a difference?"

Below you will find some suggestions of resources you may use to answer this question or you could always use your own Try steer clear of Wikipedia! I would like you to answer the question by compiling a xtranormal video. For this you will need a script, key idea, etc. You have made plenty of these before so this won't be too challenging for you. You need to answer the question in detail and yet make it fun and interesting and simplify it down.
You will also be given the task of organising a fair trade food sampling table on the day so you will need to decide what food samples you are going to highlight as fair trade, in what way (will you have a fair trade one and a non-fair trade one and compare them, or will you compare the prices, etc.) You will also have to source these foods.
